Markets remained mixed Friday as inflation worries in China kept foreign currencies down and commodities continued to fall.. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke pointed out China in particular in a talk he gave this morning in Frankfurt, saying that by undervaluaing its currency the country was "inhibiting needed international adjustment and creating spillover effects that would not exist if exchange rates better reflected market fundamentals.
